Vepachedu Educational Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit, charitable, and educational organization founded by Dr.Sreenivasarao Vepachedu in 1998 to serve the world through educational projects anywhere in the world.  The specific purpose of Vepachedu Educational Foundation, Inc. is to contribute to the world by providing education thorough various science, health, and cultural articles on the Internet through electronic journals and world wide web pages, by founding educational programs, schools and institutions, and sponsoring various scholarships, lectureships etc., anywhere in the world.

Annual Lectures at Osmania University

Vepachedu Educational Foundation Inc. (VEFI) established Sri Gopalkishanrao Vepachedu Memorial Annual Lectures  beginning in 2003 at Biochemistry Department of Osmania University.  The annual lectures at Biochemistry dept. started  on September 5, 2003 on Teacher's day, with the help of founder's brother, Dr. Ramarao Vepachedu, who did his PhD at the Biochemistry Department.  Funds for this program were provided by founder's mother Mrs. Satyavathidevi Vepachedu.

Vepachedu Educational Foundation Inc. established Sri Gopalkishanrao Vepachedu Memorial Annual Lectures  at Andhra Pradesh Academy of Sciences. The first lecture was delivered by founder's PhD guide and mentor Dr. Jhillu Singh Yadav, Director of the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology on January 23, 2004. Award and Scholarship at Indian Institute of Chemical Technology

VEFI established Sri Gopalkishanrao Vepachedu Memorial Best Senior Research Fellow Award, an annual award at Iindian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad.  The Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) between VEFI and IICT submitted to IICT is available here.
