Narayanarao Chilukuri (1890-1951)
Narayanarao Chilukuri was born in 1890 to Bheemasenarao and Lakshmamma in Ponduru village in Srikakulam district.† Theirs was a poor family and his father used to perform devotional rituals in rich homes in Srikakulam city. After finishing his BA and Teacherís Training, he started teaching Telugu in Srikakaulam. Later, he taught Telugu and Sanskrit in Rajamahendravaram. His wife was Lakshminarasamma, who was District Board Member and honorary magistrate.
His works include about 240 books, such as amba, upanishattulu, musalamma, vaade, borrayyasetti, gujaraati vangmayamu, etc.
